Property Casualty Account CSR
Responsible for all stages of support and administrative assistance required in the Property Casualty department. This includes assisting in all service related needs as respects existing clients, as well as assistance in the renewal and new business marketing processes. A key component of this position is to provide a high level of administrative assistance to P&C Account Executives, Producers and management personnel; supporting the daily servicing of Commercial lines clients. Duties also include high level involvement with special projects. At least 3 years of Commercial Property / Casualty insurance experience. Must be able to work independently, be well organized, and desire to meet team goals. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Strong oral, and written communication and listening skills Property & Casualty Agent/Producer License required.
Client Services Coordinator CSC
The call center is a single point of contact for all employees’ benefit needs. The unit becomes a transparent extension of our client’s organization, with the ability to answer the many benefit questions employees may have. The call center’s primary function is to provide superior customer service by assisting employees when they call with questions.
The call center representative provides additional team support in a variety of functions as it relates to administration on the assigned accounts.

Health & Welfare Consultant
The Health & Welfare Consultant works in association with the Consulting staff and Senior Client Leaders to assist in the design, funding/pricing, communication and administration of employee benefit plans including but not limited to: medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary employee benefit related programs and other associated services (e.g. wellness programs, etc.) for the large market segment (200 – 5,000 lives).
Benefit Administrator
The Benefits Administrator is an important and integral part of the delivery of ongoing administrative activities to assigned clients. Working closely with all of the other members of the administration team, the Benefits Administrator provides assistance with all aspects of health and welfare plan administration. Responsibilities include the daily/monthly administrative processes for assigned clients including but not necessarily limited to preparing worksheets, confirmation statements, running reports, running eligibility files or reporting eligibility through the use of carrier portals, tracking premium payments as they relate to employee eligibility, and running payroll files. The Benefit Administrator ensures that all timelines are met by prioritizing task, so client expectations can be managed.
