Pepper J. KrachPepper Krach is a founding partner and Executive Vice President with M.F. Irvine Corporate Solutions which provides corporate insurance services.   Pepper is responsible for business development, strategic planning, consulting, and client management.   She is also responsible for all aspects of the Benefit Administration Division, including IT solutions, Benefit Administration Processing, and Call Center. 

Pepper has been featured in the 2010 Independence Blue Cross Annual Report, The National Underwriter, Health Insurance Underwriter, Employee Benefit News, and Benefits Business magazine.

In addition to being a member of multiple industry organizations and an occasional co-host on Executive Leaders Radio, Pepper is a steering committee member for Cabrini College Women’s Leadership Forum and an advisory board member for the Gift of Life Family House.  Pepper received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University and a Master of Science in Organization Leadership from Cabrini College.
