Michael began building the company in 1993 after a successful career in the insurance industry. Under his leadership, M.F. Irvine Corporate Solutions continues to achieve steady and successful growth, and lists as its clients some of the nation’s largest and most prestigious organizations in their respective fields. Mr. Irvine’s vast industry experience, as well as that of his staff, has been the key to the company’s success.
John uses his more than 15 years of financial experience to lend insight to our client base on the challenges and rewards of effective risk management programs and benefit strategies offered. His previous experience as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a company with revenues of $200 million is invaluable when discussing risk management, financing, forecasting, and claims projections. Additionally, John has extensive experience with, and has been responsible for, all FASB and SEC reporting requirements. John also spent 4 years at Price Waterhouse Coopers in the Business Assurance Practice.
Pepper Krach is a founding partner and Executive Vice President with M.F. Irvine Corporate Solutions which provides corporate insurance services. Pepper is responsible for business development, strategic planning, consulting, and client management. She is also responsible for all aspects of the Benefit Administration Division, including IT solutions, Benefit Administration Processing, and Call Center.
Ed brings over 38 years of experience in property casualty insurance to M.F. Irvine Corporate Solutions. He uses his extensive property and casualty insurance knowledge and underwriting expertise as a “Team Leader” and a commercial insurance specialist for our firm. Ed’s insight is solidly grounded with such credentials as a CIC and an ARM. He continues to remain current in the industry through his involvement in on-going educational programs and is presently working towards his CRM and CPCU designations.

John Melvin brings 17 years of experience in the Personal and Small Commercial insurance industry as an Owner/Operator of his own Property Casualty Agency. He spent ten years as an Independent Agent representing numerous insurance companies and four years as an Associate Agent with Nationwide. Over the last three years he was an owner of a highly successful Allstate Agency. He resides in Phoenixville, Pa with his wife Dianne and 3 children and enjoys watching his children play baseball. John supports various local charities including the Arc of Chester County and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Logan CDC in Philadelphia.
ERISA Compliance Specialist
Mary has over 25 years of successful benefits consulting and administration experience. She is recognized as an executive whose leadership style is effective and pragmatic with a strong ERISA technical background and excellent people and project management skills. This experience includes building a consulting department of 35 professionals which provided consulting services to the clients of a major financial institution as well as introducing new services (QDRO and hardship determination) and revamping the 401(k) nondiscrimination testing services. Mary also spent 12 years at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where she was jointly responsible for developing and building a national compliance review practice.
