Our online benefits administration tool is available for portal access for employees to enroll as New Hire and Open Enrollment. This is in addition to our traditional paper-based mail and fax enrollment, and our Call Center live-enroller enrollment options. We have made a significant investment in this proprietary system and the people behind it to provide a state-of-the-art, secure solution to your employee benefit needs.
Customized data feeds can be developed between parties to enable electronic data exchange between you the customer, the administrator (MFI), and the carriers. We currently supply direct feeds to Independence Blue Cross as well as many of the major insurance providers. Typical uses include transmission of employee management feeds for employee status, new hires, and terminations as well as return data of payroll deductions for integration into an ERP or payroll accounting system. Your ability to send data to us in our flexible file format will determine potential custom needs. Other technologies are used as part of the normal business operations include:

We currently conduct Webinars to maintain web-based communications with our clients nationally. This is done through access to an 800 number while viewing a PowerPoint presentation and verbal instruction. Webinars are utilized for multiple purposes such as holding site communication sessions, educational information, and pre-open enrollment communication opportunities.
