The following are examples of the beneficial impact that our knowledge and industry relationships have made on just a few of our clients.
In our first year with this particular client ($200 million in revenues), we successfully re-wrote
the insurance specifications to better serve the client's needs. We also interviewed two additional
world-renowned insurance brokers to compete for their business. At this year's renewal, we saved them
in excess of 38% of their insurance premiums.
For this particular organization ($950 million in revenues) we designed a finite risk policy, which
reduced letters of credit while providing investment income and insurance for an automobile liability
and workers' compensation program, allowing assets to grow over $6 million.
We showed this particular client (500+ power units) that their commercial automobile program was
grossly overpriced. We negotiated the automobile program with a well-recognized insurance carrier and
reduced the rate per unit. This reduced our client's commercial automobile insurance expenditure by 58%.
We were asked by one of our current clients (5,000+ employees), to provide an internal review of their
business insurance/ risk management department. This need came about subsequent to the retirement of two
key individuals within their Insurance and Risk Management Department. Today, as their outsourced risk manager,
we are responsible for assisting senior management with the on-going day to day insurance and risk management
operations.
We were hired by this particular client (1,500+ employees) to manage the Employee Benefit renewal
negotiations where the incumbent carrier had threatened a significant rate increase. Through our marketing
and negotiating we reduced our insured's total expenditure for Employee Benefits by $753,000.
We have provided contract review and advice to several major corporations (revenues in excess of
$1 billion). We continue to provide contract review and advice as part of our on-going support for our
clients. This service allows our clients to accomplish their business plan, while assuring that they
will not assume unintended liability.
We designed and developed a loss control program that would allow this particular client to gain control
over the frequency of workers' compensation and automobile claims. We implemented an injury and accident
prevention program and a driver's manual, which drove down the frequency of claim incidents significantly
over the past five years.
We developed a Flexible Benefit (Cafeteria Plan) Program to better serve the needs of this particular
client. Through our effective negotiation and administration of the newly developed program, we will save
our client well in excess of $300,000 this year.
