Our e-Enroll system enables us to manage the ongoing benefit administration process in an efficient, HIPAA compliant manner. Administration includes delivery of personalized enrollment material, billing reconciliation services, eligibility management, COBRA administration, and Call Center support via our 800 number.

Our multi-lingual Call Center features our computer interactive IP based Intelligent phone system. Inbound callers are identified to promote personalized phone answering. Calls are monitored, logged, tracked and available for reporting capabilities assisting employers in recognizing potential areas of needed training and communication to employees. We can accommodate as many as 150 different languages. Call Center hours include extended hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

All employers are interested in managing their benefit cost. Our billing reconciliation process eliminates potential leakage due to our diligent process of auditing bills on a monthly basis. We have found, on average, that 3% to 5% of the monthly benefit cost can be overcharged if not audited correctly. M.F.
